In a thrilling Game 4 of the 2018 NBA Eastern Conference Finals, the Boston Celtics defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers 108-99, taking a commanding 3-1 series lead.

Despite a valiant effort from LeBron James, who scored a game-high 44 points, the Cavaliers could not overcome a strong performance from the Celtics, led by Kyrie Irving's 26 points and Al Horford's 22 points.
